Carr Taylor - Blackcurrant Wine
Add a dessertspoon to a glass of white wine to make a Kir.
Instead of sherry, use blackcurrant wine in a trifle and add to summer pudding.
A dash will enhance a beef casserole and ensure a delicious gravy with beef.
To keep fresh raspberries for more than a day, mull them in red or blackcurrant wine.
Fantastic with Stilton.
