    Warming and stomach settling. Why not mix with whisky to make a Whisky Mac, or brandy to make a Horses’ neck. Good with pears and rhubarb or poured over ice cream. Use in stir-fries to give that oriental flavour.

    Carr Taylor Wines - David & Linda Carr Taylor established the vineyard, in the beautiful 1066 countryside just north of Hastings, more than 30 years ago and quickly gained international recognition for their award winning English wines. In 1985 they were one of the first to pioneer commercial English sparkling wine for which their reputation is now firmly established winning many awards including a Gold medal in 1988 & 1999 in the Challenge International du Vin.
