Picked late in autumn, the ripest grapes are slowly fermented to create a refreshing and versatile wine with an enticing aroma.

The intense fruit flavours are balanced by a tantalising, crisp acidity making it equally good to drink on it’s own or to accompany a meal; in particular light desserts and cheeses.

Carr Taylor Wines - David & Linda Carr Taylor established the vineyard, in the beautiful 1066 countryside just north of Hastings, more than 30 years ago and quickly gained international recognition for their award winning English wines. In 1985 they were one of the first to pioneer commercial English sparkling wine for which their reputation is now firmly established winning many awards including a Gold medal in 1988 & 1999 in the Challenge International du Vin.
