Immortalised by the Scottish poet, Robert Burns, the Haggis is one of Scotland's most celebrated products.  The Burns Supper is celebrated on the 25th January, the anniversary of the poet’s birthday.

The Haggis is the culinary centrepiece of the evening, borne in by the chef and preceded by a kilted piper.  The Address to a Haggis is duly recited, during which the Haggis is ceremoniously stabbed with a sharp knife or dagger.
