Returns

You can return your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with it.

We will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.

Please contact us at office@retail-world.net in the first instance if you have a complaint or wish to return any goods purchased.

We will then provide you with full instructions.

You can return your purchase for up to 14 days of your orders arrival date for a full refund, less postage costs in accordance with your original payment method.

We cannot refund or exchange personalised, intimate, perishable or time critical goods. Please see the following list for some non-exhaustive examples: Goods which have been altered, or personalised to a customer's specification;

 

- Newspapers and magazines;

- Bespoke Products;

- Event tickets;

- Hampers, food, beverages and perishable goods (including flowers);

- For hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of: beauty items including toiletries, cosmetics, pierced jewellery;

- Audio or video recordings, games and computer software (unless they are returned with seal and packaging intact);

- Any other items which are unsaleable once they have been used, for health and safety or hygiene reasons.



This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

Return postage charges are paid by customer. We will pay for the return postage if there is a damage of the item or our mistake. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will take care of everything and advise you accordingly.
